Nectar Wines is a little breath of fresh air in the wine market. They have a great range of wines and a friendly smile when you come in the door. But most importantly John and the team are always on hand to recommend a tasty drop or two. (Very much needed by a wine heathen like me!) I would absolutely recommend them highly to anyone looking for great quality wine at a good price!

Wine shops can be intimidating places but Nectar Wines is a gem. There’s always something new on the shelf, the knowledge of the staff is hard to beat. And if I'm looking for a little inspiration, just mention a bottle I like and they’ll recommend something similar that will suit my taste.

Nectar Wines is one of my favourite independent shops.  John has put together a great selection of wine ranging from long established vineyards to new boutique producers but all of which have one thing in common - quality.  He's introduced me to some lovely wines over the years - Mas de Libian, Mauro Molino, Mora & Memo, Tank, and many other gems and is always ready to suggest something new and tasty to try. I've recommended Nectar Wines to many people who always tell me how happy they are with their purchases.
